Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to request you to kindly reduce my working hours as I need to study part time. I have enrolled myself in a few university courses that will help me perform my job more efficiently. As per the university schedule the time of my classes are likely going to clash with my morning shift working hours. Thus it would be very difficult to manage my current working hours along with my studies.

As per the university schedule my classes would be from 10 am till 1: 30pm, Monday to Friday. It will take me around 30 minutes to get to office from university. Accordingly I will like to work in the evening shift only from 2pm- 6pm. This timeframe would allow me to manage my job and studies easily without any issues.

I have enrolled in the courses which I feel that I lack in and are hindering me to do my sales job at the full potential. For example I have enrolled in client relationship, corporate communication and problem solving courses. These will help me to deal with customers accurately making them satisfied, leading to more sales thus more revenue for the organization.
