Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well, I am writing to you I want to explain about my working hours. I work in this company from 7.00 am until 3.00 pm. Unfortunately, I want to study part time next week.

I would like to offer you to reduce my working hours, because I do not have much time. If I push my self with full time work, and then I study I will get tired.

I prefer work from 7.00 am until 12.am. Then I go to my study place, this schedule is suitable for me I still have energy to learn. Moreover, I will take marketing subject in my study part time. so this subject would be good for your company, I hope after I am done I will increase your selling product, because your company is lack for the marketing product.
