I am dedicated employee who had been working in your company from last 4 years. I am writing this letter to inform you that I have decided to minimise my working hours and utilise them in doing part time study

It has been a year to think on this decision, Finally, I made up my mind to part time study in order to Learn new skills and technique and become more innovative and creative.Having Knowledge about company’s issue wil help me to handle the obstackle more wisely and smoothly

I would be very grateful if you can schedule my on shifts on weekends so I can use weekdays into studies . Resultantly it will improve my academic performance and will shape my future in positive manner .Morever, it would also be beneficial for company as i will have more technique and skills to resolve issues associated with company. Increase in knowledge and skills will result into higher productivity simultaneously.
