Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to request permission for my daughter to accompany me on this journey. I believe my presence would be beneficial during the trip as I have a great affinity for children and have experience caring for them from when I was younger.

My past experience as a caretaker has equipped me with the skills to organize games and make the journey enjoyable and exciting for everyone. I am confident that my involvement would greatly benefit the local youth club that will be part of the trip. Additionally, I am familiar with the destination and know of many fun places to visit as I have been there numerous times.

Furthermore, I have connections with some local individuals who could help organize a fun activity for the children. This would provide some relief until the park guides take over, as they are trustworthy, and one of the main guides is my cousin.

I am reaching out to request more information about the trip so that I can contribute effectively and possibly secure a discount that would enhance the overall trip experience. I kindly ask you to share details regarding the trip at your earliest convenience.
