Good day!

I am writing to formally invite you to our company’s team-building weekend retreat that is fully funded by them. This is a great opportunity for us to enjoy each other’s company outside work and will bring us closer together as a team. The goal of this event is to strengthen our relationship as a team and encourage to work as one.

It will be held at Bai Hotel this coming Saturday February 7, 2026. We are free to use the amenities of the hotel and also they have planned group activities.

Just bring extra clothes in case you will sweat a lot from the games or prepare swimming clothes in case you want to use the hotel’s pool.

It will be a day full of fun activities and great food. I am hoping you would consider joining this event and be open in engaging to other members of the company.
