I hope you’re all doing well. I’m writing to suggest some plans for our upcoming weekend getaway and to confirm what works best for everyone.

I was thinking we could go on the second weekend of next month, from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. For accommodation, there are two good options: a beachfront villa in Berastagi or a small mountain cabin with a beautiful view. Both can comfortably fit our group.

As for activities, we could organize a barbecue night, short hiking trip, and some fun team games. There’s also a nearby café where we can relax and enjoy local food together.

Please let me know your availability and which option you prefer by the end of this week so that I can confirm the bookings. I’m really excited about this trip and hope everyone can join!
