Dear Sir/Ma,

I am writing to inform and invite you to the annual retreat of our esteemed organisation, the retreat is going to be an insightful and educative program that will aid our perspection and also enlarge our horizon on our job ethics as it relates to life and the advantages of being a teacher.

The retreat will be holding for a week from Monday, 1st of July to Friday,5th of July 2025. The program will be held at The Museum Center Hall in our premises, We have professionals coming to give talks on how we can become an excellent, there is going to be a karaoke session also with enough finger foods and drink.

We request that you come with a means of identification as member of staff for proper registration, A writing pad will be provided at the venue .
