Dear Bee,

I hope you are doing well! I was really happy to hear from you that you were invited me to your birthday party at your house in Chiang Mai next week. I want to say thank you that you thought about me and I want to join your party so much!

However, I could not go to your party because I just knew that I have an important meeting with other company on your birthday. After that I felt so sorry and I had tried to ask my manager that if I do not join in this meeting, it is matter or not. Unfortunately, she said no so I do not have another choices to choose.

Therefore, if you have free time, could you contact me later. I will book our favourite Italian restaurant for launch which it is a gift from me!
