Hello ! I hope you’re doing great. I’m writing this letter to inform you that I woun’t be able to attend at your birthday party this Weekend.

I’m very sorry to tell you this. But my working schuddle changed at the last minute. First of all the mission was postponed from wednesday to friday. the day of your event. My boss chnaged the date at the last minute, But i was holding a hope that the trip will be cancelled.

I apoligize for the incovinience caused, i didn’t inform you sonner because i was holding a hope that the mission will be cancelled, Plus you know me better that anyone my carelessness I let everything until the last minute.
