Hi John,

I hope my letter finds you in the best of health, as I heard that you are moving in your new home. I would be very happy to assist you in moving to your new house, and just let me know when are you moving and shifting the items to you new location.

In fact, I can help by moving all the big items, such as furniture I’m my truck. I can bring two of my colleagues who can assist in disassembling and loading the furniture in my truck and once we arrive at your new place we can offload and assemble the sofas, beds, cupboards and other household items.

Please advise if there is a convenient, driveway to the front or back door as we need ample space to park the truck and offload the items in your new home. Also please advise if the doors are large enough to take the bigger items inside the house and store them properly and safely.

Hoping to receive a favorable reply from you and please advise the time and date you want to shift the belongings.
