Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to report a personal item that I recently lost while traveling on one of your planes. On Monday, 14th April, I took a flight from Madrid to London. My seat number was 19C, on the aisle side of the plane. I did not realise I forgot my black leather backpack until I arrived at the hotel.

The backpack contains several items, including my passport, a green laptop case, a silver bracelet, a small blue notebook and a couple of papers. These items do not have any special value on their own. However, I do need them for my immigration appointment I have next week.

I would be very grateful if you could inform me if my backpack has been handed in to your lost-and-found department. If so, kindly let me know of how and where I can collect it. My email address is jdonkor26th@gmail.com and my phone number is +34 688320876.
