Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to report a bag that I accidentally left on one of your flights last week. I travelled from Warsaw to London on flight BA834 on Tuesday afternoon. Unfortunately, after landing and leaving the aircraft, I forgot to take my bag from the overhead compartment above my seat. I only realised this mistake later that evening when I arrived at my hotel.

The bag is a medium-sized black leather shoulder bag with a silver zipper and a long strap. Inside the bag there are several personal items, including a tablet, a notebook with important work notes, a phone charger, and a pair of reading glasses. There is also a small wallet containing some documents and business cards with my name on them.

I would be very grateful if you could check whether the bag has been found by the cabin crew or handed in to the airline’s lost property office. If it has been located, I would appreciate it if you could inform me about the procedure for retrieving it or arranging delivery to my hotel.
