Band 7+: You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. Last week you were on a flight to London. Unfortunately, when you got off the plane, you left a bag there. You did not remember about the bag until you got to your hotel. Write a letter to the airline. In your letter explain what has happened describe the bag and its contents say what you would like them to do about this problem You should write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to report a lost bag that I accidentally forget on your aircraft while travelling from Lahore to London.

I flew from Lahore to London on August 8, after landing at an airport, I collected my lagguage and left the aircraft without realising that I had left one of my bags in the overhead compartment. Unfortnately, I did not remeber about it until I arrived at my hotel and unpacked my belongings.

The missing bag is a medium sized black leather backpack with a silver zip and a small blue lagguage tag attached to the handle. It contains several personal items, including a pair of glasses, some clothes, a power bank, a mobile charger and a notebook which contains my work related notes. There is also a small brown wallet in the front pocket and important bank cards in it.

I would appreciate if you could contact with your lost item recovery department, and ask them to help in finding my lost bag. If it has been located, I would be extremely grateful if you could arrange for it to be sent to my hotel in London or advise me on the procedure for collecting it. I am happy to provide my flight details and identification to verify ownersip.
