Dear Sulav,

I hope you are doing really well! I am really excited that you are going to be here in coming week. I am writing this email to give you heads up about the plans that we are having for next week.

First of all, as you know that this city is known for culture and art, hence we will start with attending the evening rituals in one of the famous Stupas. Along with that, A cultural museum is located at the centre of the city, which is the centre of attraction for lot of outsiders and tourists too. Furthermore, A beautiful national park is located on the countryside, which is a must-go place.

Secondly, after you reach here, you will be in need for the place to stay, There are couple of nice hotels near to the airport, yet those hotels are very expensive, so I recommend you to book a Resort which is three to four miles away from the main city but not very far from the cultural sites that we are supposed to visit the next day.

Also, I would love to tag along with you for the hiking trips, We will definately go to resturant and enjoy the food and relax in the great ambiance in one of the cultural-based resturant. The night life in the centre of the town is very intriguing, so every evening we will roam there and we can also enjoy visiting local villages, they are really famous for their street foods too.
