I hope this letter finds you in great spirits. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding your decision that aims to raise our monthly rent beyond pre-agreement until January 2025.
Undeniably, escalating inflation rates are forcing house owners to make increments in renting apartments in this contemporary era. However, it is crucial not to disobey the contract that was written initially. Additionally, current issues including leakage underneath washroom sink, ongoing construction disruption coming from nearby sites, and litter at road entrance have not yet measured into consideration. While requesting many times to fix such problems, there is no initiative taken from your side.
I would kindly request you to understand the given reasons in terms of this increase. I promise that if the required renovation and improvements are done, I would be willing to pay more rent, which could be only paid once my company promotes my position at the end of this year.
Despite having these factors, it is all up to you now whether you want to change your decision for sometimes or burgeoning living cost is your top priority. I shall be happy with whatever you choose in this matter that might directly affect our strong ties. Also, this situation may not only further cause hindrance to me finding new accommodation within a short period, but also suffer my family members.
