Hello Mr. Jack,
I hope you are doing good. I am writing this letter regarding rent increment, I am not so happy with that decision as I just moved to your apartment six months ago.
I understand that you have renovated the flat interior as well as the furniture. However, as we spoke last time I mentioned that I did not need any of that, so I was hoping that it won’t affect my current rent. In addition I am just a student and surviving on part-time job. I cannot afford any rent increment at this time as I need to pay my tuition fees next month.
I hope you understand and consider my argue against your action. And if you are still going to behave like a stubborn person then I am afraid I might need to vacant the place. Moreover, I am positive that, I will find new place in nearby area under my budget.
