Dear bookshop staff,

First I would like to extend my gratitude for being a part of this group.

I believe that the ideal candidate to be the guest speaker should be someone with great ties to our community, with that being said, I would like to suggest Mrs. Walter to be the public speaker for the upcoming event.

Apart from her being a well known publisher, she has contributed to our community in significant ways. Furthermore she’s a down to earth person who without a doubt respected by her community.

People will be very interested if they knew that Mrs. Walter will be the public speaker for this event simply because she’s a famous figure in the commhnity.

Thank you for your time, and I hope you would consider my humble suggestion.
