Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in reply to the advertisement for people to do unpaid work at the hospital.

It would be a perfect activity for me because it would allow me to relax from my daily job.

Furthermore, it really matters to me giving back to the community, so I am more than happy to provide my abilities to help the hospital.

During the years, I have mastered the skill of gardening, in particular taking care of trees, bushes and flowers, as well as cutting brenches. I would be glad to take care of the hospital’s gardens.

In addition, I have recently learned how to properly paint walls. It could be a valuable skill I am willing to provide the hospital with.

Regarding my availability, since I currently work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday, I could be available every Tuesday from 6 p.m. and every second Sunday of the month.
