Dear Sir or Madam,

Greetings for the day.

I am writing to express my interest in the volunteer work opportunity at your hospital as advertised in the newspaper.

I am motivated to do unpaid work in a hospital setting as I strongly believe in helping those in need. Working in a healthcare environment will enhance my skills such as communication, empathy, and teamwork.

Regarding the type of work, I would like to assist with non-medical tasks such as housekeeping, as I have experience from my previous job. Moreover helping patients with paperwork or helping them moving their stuff to their wards.

In terms of availability I am free from Monday to Friday after 4 p.m. I can volunteer up to 10 hours every week. I am full-day free on Saturdays available over weekends.
