Dear Sir or Madam,

Recently, I saw advertisements that your hospital needs people to work without pay. Therefore, I am writing this letter to offer myself to participate in helping it.

This activity would be perfect for me because it allows me to relax from my daily job. Furthermore, I am more than happy to provide my abilities to help the hospital. Over the years, I work as a nursery nurse, particularly taking care of children, feeding them, as well as playing with them. I would be grateful to take care of hospital children.

As I am telling my free time, I work from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. I could be working in your hospital every Thursday from 6pm and at the weekend.
