Dear Sir,

I recently came to know that your newspaper is offering an award for people who have helped the community.

Through this letter, I would like to provide a nomination of our Society’s watchman, “Ram Gopal”. Ram Gopal has been working with “Human welfare society” for more than 10 years now and has been quite helpful and supportive to all the residents.

He often help the elderly in navigating to their house as well as helping in lifting the heavy stuff for them. Everyone in the society has been a witness for his loyalty and respectful nature. His love for children has been unwavering. His vigilance ensures that no child can go out of the society boundary alone and are safe.

I hereby suggest awarding him with a cash reward of INR 10,000 helping him fulfill his dream of providing good education to his son.

More votes from other neighbours may be arranged, if needed.

Looking forward for a positive consideration.

Yours Faithfully

Naresh
