Dear Manager,

I am Vedat Özbuluk who your neighbours no: 16. I am writing for complaiment about my next-door neighbour. He likes to listen music loudly and cotinue to even midnight. Theree days ago, I talked with him about this situation but he did not ignore me. And he still continue to do it.

In my house, I live with my grandfather. In a day I am working temporary. I wake up 6 am mornings so I need to sleep well and my grandfather starts to sleep after dinner and if his sleep is cut, he could not sleep more. Therefore this situation affect us directly.

I would like from you that warn him. Even if they do not ignore you, I offer from you give a punishment. I hope we can solve this problem in a short time. I will be wait your reply. Thank you for supporting.
