Dear sir,
My name is Prisca and I am your next door neighbour. I hope you’re doing great today. I am writing this letter to inform you about a distressing situation which occurs quite often.
During the weekdays i return home from work to find your car, a 2007 toyota camry, parked in front of our driveway. This situation has occured every weekday in the past month. While i understand parking there makes it convenient for you to access your home, i’d like to acknoledge that it makes it impossible for me to get into my garage. On one instance i had to park a few feet from my home and walk to my door in the freezing weather which led to me being sick.
I would suggest you familarize yourself with the home assciation rules which clearly illustrates parking allocations for each member of this community. In an unavoidable occasion where you cannot avoid blocing access to my home, i would appreciate if you made yourself available to move when i do return.
Thank you for your understanding and subsequent coperation.
Warm regards,
Prisca
