Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to respond your recent complaint about the noticable noise from my apartment.

Actually, it is a fact that home with children is always noisy. My son and daugter are energetic, and they make sounds when playing with toys, moreover, the toys generate some sounds, which overrate the noise.

I agree with that these types of loud noises interrupt anybody from concentrating on doing something. I strongly understand you condition, so I beleive that it lasts no more than 2 years. Honestly, I am very sorry for that my children’s activities are disturbing you, please accept my apology.
