I hope you are well.

My name is Stella and as the President of the Scarett’s Community, I would like to extend a warm welcome to you and your family.

I can see that you have just recently joined our community club that offers amazing weekly activities for pets’ owners. I understand that although there is no written policy that pets are not allowed in this neighborhood; however, I have had received few complaints in regard to your dog’s barking at night. Few neighbors came to see me yesterday, letting me know that they could not sleep at night due to the loud bark. From my perspective, I can offer you a solution to keep your dog in the community centre to reduce the noise at night. Alternatively, you can keep your dog inside your house until a certain period.
