Dear Mr. Brown,

I hope you’re doing well. As the owner of the flat 25, I’m writing to complain about the tenant at flat 26, my immediate next-door neighbour. Since he moved in last month, my nights have been disturbed by incessant loud music coming from his flat after 10 PM until early morning.

The noise has affected us all badly, especially our two young-age children who has to go to school early morning. It is impossible for us to sleep sufficiently and peacefully.

Might I suggest that a letter should be written to both the owner and the tenant of the flat reminding of the rules regarding loud noise as agreed in general meeting of tenants last year.

I look forward to your comments on this matter.
