Dear Manager,

My name is Alwin Sunny; I live in 26B Skyline. I am writing to express my annoyance with Julia who live in 27B.

I want you to know that, she enjoys listening to music at night. That’s understandable but how disturbing it would when it is too loud and plays all night. Although, weekends are terrifying because she have parties with her friend at the apartment. As a working proffesional and a part-time student, it is very difficult for me to adjust with such instance. Usually, I spent my nights preparing for my upcoming IFC exam. So I need a calm Surrounding to study and to complete my daily tasks.

I kindly suggest you to discuss this problem with the Julia and find a perfect solution. Moreover, I will be more happy if you could transfer me to first floor or any other apartment. Thank You
