Dear Sir or Madam,

I am Simranpreet Kaur residing in your district, I am writing to express my disappointment about the decision made by the council to tear down the old historical building which situated in the middle of town.

This building holds prestigious value to our area and explained the heritage and cultural aspect. It is the main tourist attraction for world, near by areas and for upcoming generations, schools always organize the trip for children to show the significance of tower has in the area. Therefore, it is crucial to preserve the building.

To arrange funds for the maintenance of the structure, I have a few suggestions which assist the council to revamp the area. Firstly, we can collect a nominal fee for the visitors to generate funds, moreover an event can be arranged for donations as I know there are several individuals who want to preserve the heritage.

I hope you take this letter into consideration.

Yours Faithfully,

Simranpreet Kaur
