Hello Max,

I hope this email finds you well, I feel so grateful you invite me to this party but unfortunately, It makes me difficult to attend.

I have been helping my sister with her wedding, as I mention months ago I am maid of honor. It is a huge responsability and consume all my time because the wedding is going to take place soon. I am in charge of supervising that everything is carried out.

I have a couple of days free during this week. Maybe, we would can celebrate. I hear about a bar near to the company, there is karaoke and delicious menu that you won’t be able to refuse it. Again, I want to apoligize that I won’t be able to attend.

I hope you have a good time with the colleagues, also I wish Carla have a spectacular birhtday.
