I hope you and your family are well. I am writing to bring to your notice an ugly incident that happened yesterday while I was packing into my new apartment. It was a minor accident in the kitchen, though with a little damage, thank goodness I am alright.
I was arranging my Pots into the kitchen cabinet, the one at the upper area of the wall adjacent to the window, when the unexpected happened; the kitchen Cabinet detached from the wall and landed on the tiled floor. I quickly dressed backwards and stood at a safe distance.
Unfortunately, the detached cabinet broke the tiles underneath exposing the cement keeping it in position. Moreso, my glass cups and jugs, initialy arranged at the lower level of the Cabinet, were all shattered. I felt miserable.
Please Sir, your urgent intervention is needed. The old Cupboards in the kitchen need to be changed and affixed firmly on the walls. The damaged tiles need to be replaced as well.
I am constrained to draw your attention to all these since my welfare is on the line. Sincerely, I apologize for any inconveniences this might cause you.
