Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform my disappointment regarding the recent delays in the public transport rountines on the Werribee to CBD train line and am hoping to get a notice or timeframe by which these issues shall be resolved.

Frequent delays caused on this line, particulary during peak office hours has made my commute to work quiet unpredictable. Even if I plan my journey in advance, the interruptions casued are not periodic and last for an indefinite time, making my estimatated time of arrival at work uncertain. Additionally, the trains get so overcrowded after the delays that it is getting difficult to stand in the carriages.

This is affecting my competency at work and also disrupts my daily routine. I am unable to plan for the day and is significantly delaying my responsiblilities. Paying for an uber, daily for my travels, is expensive for me to afford at the moment.

I would highly appreciate it, if the council would action this matter as I believe I am not the only one facing these problems. Early notification or estimation of the delays, notified to the passangers can be one way for me to be prepared for the changes. Also, if the delays are due to technical failures, I request the council to provide a assesment period for me to look forward to.

Hope this matter will be escalated and appropriate measure will be taken by your trusted people. Patiently waiting for you response.
