Dear Sir,
I am writing regarding the challenge that I am experiencing with the public transport.
Firstly, I have issues with the distance of the bus park. Walking for three kilometers to board a public bus could be exhausting and tiring. This has affected me as I have to walk every day to the park. Secondly, the transport fares are high and outrageous compared to what I used to pay in the area where I lived before. For instance, I paid 40 Pounds yesterday for a short distance.
As I mentioned earlier, I find it so expensive and inconveniencing to walk down the park and pay a high amount of money daily.
I would appreciate it if you could improve the situation by allowing buses to commute in the area everyday without restrictions and also regulate their prices too.
Thanks for your time and considerations, I look forward to changes.
Yours Faithfully,
Chisom.
