Band 5+: 4. Some individuals consider that certain employers such as nurses, doctors and teachers are taken for granted and are underpaid, especially while other individuals such as actors or company owners earn big amount of money that are not considered normal according to their professions. In my opinion, concerns about nurses, doctors, and teachers being taken for granted and recieving less salary than actors or bosses are reasonable and the government should take an action on this matter.

On the one hand, actors and owners of companies are doing their best like any other worker to make living. If certain companies did not exist, so many problems tied with finance, economics would accur. Moreover, if there were no talanted actors on film industry, county’s reputation in film-making would drop which would have affects on its global recognition. However, work done by people with such jobs are not as important and do not play an important role for society. In addition, the way they earn way more amount of money than they should is not acceptible by certain group of individuals. A study shows that more than 55% of people do not consider such professions as important as nurses, doctors and teachers.

In opposite, nurses and doctors spend most of their day at work and going under a lot of pressure to help individuals stay alive. Moreover, they undergo stress which affect their own health as well. However, they are taken for granted and are getting payed way less than they actually require. Furthermore, teachers help upbring successful individuals for society, which is one of the key factors for an intellectual society. To solve this matter, the government should take an action and put reasonable amount of numbers on paychecks to each profession, so no one would earn way more than they should and more important professions would be recognized even more.

In conclusion, although each profession has its own benefits to our society, some works should be recognized more. Ultimately, I believe that important and hard professions such as nurses, doctors and teachers must earn way more than they already do, as they help people to become a successful individual in society.
