Some people said Nations need to pay more attention on skills and vocational training for practical work than on university by spend money. In my opinion, i agree with two view.
Economics in university are very large, we can discover and study in here. Firstly, in university education have many lessons for students to study, learn and practice, they will be asked and helped more easily by their teacher so they will have useful knowledges and skills for work. Secondly, nowadays, many company need people who have certification to work on there place. They thinks that to have a good qualification, students need to have a high scores and good at all skills, so if they wa.nt to find a job which had a high salary, they need to have a qualification from there university.
But training people for practical work is necessary too. Somebig company also have strict economic so they will face with many difficult challenge can happend around their. To find solution and solve this challenge, they need to brains very quickly. For example, when we go for apply in big company, the mentor will give us a random challenge and we need to solve them. From that, they will consider to choose or lose us.
