Secondly, remote work gives you access of doing work from anywhere around the world, Although it will have effect on individual’s salary but mostly people prefers job satisfacory over big salaries. For intance, an employee in UK have to complete the project given by his manager, he just open up his laptop in a coffee shop and did some work where he was having fun with his friends.
One of the major drawback of choosing online job is eradication of employees in offices. Companies suffering much with this move because not having employees like in past will reduce their ratings while competing with other major companies. Moreover, work done by remote job and physical office going worker have greater difference in their results, remote worker can take much more faulty decisions than office going employee because it requires a lot of concentration. For instance, a famous company in Germany made a project with the help of two types of employees and at the end they found remote workers who did wrong things.
