According to statistics, apartment rent has increased approximately twice compared to five years ago. Therefore, many citizens are likely to work extra hours. In addition, due to job competition, a considerable number of people are working harder. Major companies require skilled employees. Additionally, employers – who have large businesses pay their workers. This, in turn, people who want to work in a big company to work harder even though it requires much time.
On the other hand, working a lot may lead to several problems as reduced work-life balance. Having spent more and more time in the workplace, many individuals are unable to spend time with their family members. As a consequence, misunderstandings may arise between them. Moreover, health issues can result from working very long hours. Many people – who do overtime – work without a break. Thus, health issues are observed in them than people who follow timetables.
