Majority of university graduates cannot get a job because of others a crazy number of students from university. The second cause is small number of jobs and workplaces. To solve this problem university should increase their standards to applicants.
Students nowadays, learning their subject only from books ar from university materials. They read theories and understand them also can answer professor’s questions. For that students know only theories they heard about it, they learn it, but they never try to do it for real. From it comes another problem which is lack of expertise. Students learn their subject every day, therefore they may be not have time to go to workplace and ask to do some easy work to learn what their subjects mean in real or in office life.
To solve for that kind of problems university should increase their standards for applicants, which help them to update their methods of education. For that the number of students may be decrease which helps university to do more experiences with their future graduates and also update their methods of education. A big experience can help students to choose their workplaces by themselves. Only experienced people can do step to another level and this level for students is their new job, if students do their best company can give them an award.
In conclusion, university have to do a reform of education system to solve problems such as lack of experiences or that students should learn how to work in real workplace.
