Tourism is one of the most popular and historical things in the world which must be in all countries to have a good income. Although tourism gives significant income, it also has a negative side. In this essay I will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of tourism.
In a world with many countries, attractive places and towns, tourism is a significant part of economics which creates new jobs and places for cultural exchanges. Furthermore, tourism has positive influences for our world which has many considerable advantages. For example, when our country has a lot of tourists they construct new facilities like 5 star hotels or resorts, which helps to get a dominating economy and add new jobs which reduce the unemployment rate and help for cultural exchanges. Secondly, tourism can start a process to protect our ecologies and histories, facilities and arts.
Thirdly, it has a positive impact on diplomatic and economic relationships between countries.
Although tourism is a considerable peace with many positive aspects of contemporary society, it also has substantial problems and negative sides. First of the most essential problems are healthy and safety threats such as, risk of disease spread, increasing road access and increasing crime rate. When tourist income is enormous it results in environmental damage of the country for example, environmental pollution, air pollution, landscape change and soil corrosion. Third and last are social and economic problems, for instance, increasing prices and inflation, changing life of local people and cultural erosion.
In conclusion, tourism is an essential part of economic, political, ecology and it has many positive sides. However, on the other hand, essays demonstrate another side of tourism with many substantial disadvantages. To sum up, tourism doesn’t have only beneficial aspects, even so it has many problems.
