These days our environment is developing very quickly. So, many jobs started became online. People considered it comfortable. However, some people are not as happy as before the development. This essay will look at the reasons for this and propose some solutions.

One of the main causes of the problem is that people becoming obese, while working at home. In addition, they have negligible movement. Therefore, it is procuring more popular in the advanced cities. To tackle this problem, people should often go to the gym, which would help them to stay healthy.

Another problem is that many people lost kindness and compassion because of the social media. That is to say, humanity spend plentiful time on social media, especially on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Dealing with this issue involves cutting down on the time spent on social media and go more outside to meet your acquaintances.

A third cause of the problem is that AI getting certain peoples jobs. For instance positions involving financial reporting and data analysis. People who work at the bank also losing their occupation. In addition substantial banks transiting to online mode. The way forward might be to learn a few vocational courses and find reliable occupation.

To sum up, developing our countries entails drawbacks, due to obesity, communication skills and occupations. This is a serious problem, and unless work on self-growth, humans can navigate through this. My view is that the main responsibility for solving the problem lies with personal development.
