In the contemporary world, the rich are increasing their wealth. However, the poor are becoming more desperate and underprivileged. This causes manifold problems for people and society in general. Although the solutions to tackle these issues may seem like a piece of cake, they are not easy to implement.
To begin with, crime is the main root of poverty, especially violent crime and property-related crime. For example, young kids are forced to work in many countries either without pay or on low wages. As a result, they are hardly able to manage their overhead expenses. So, how come they can be richer with such a tiny amount of money? Moreover, lack of awareness is another major reason for impoverishment. Due to a lack of education, people are not aware of their rights and freedoms. They are kept working either on low wages or on a contractual basis. As a consequence, they cannot change their jobs or ask for promotion, which leads to their deprivation.
Moving forward to its solution, the government should spread some awareness among citizens to apply for skilled jobs rather than working in labour, which can improve their financial condition. Moreover, higher authorities should implement a few penalties against those employees who are taking advantage of teenagers.
In conclusion, although it cannot be done in one night, While, individuals and governments should take steps together, they can manage this problem to keep everyone in one boat.
