Children’s future is major concern for all parents globally, and some people disagree about whether school should teach children skill or range of subjects is better. This essay will discuss both views, but I believe that teaching in schools are more benificial for children’s future.
Some people believe that having range of courses teach the students in a more better way, as students have a wide variety of subject that teach them in every aspect of life by providing relevent examples. This is largely due to fact that children can learn and read whatever they have interest for their future career. Moreover, technology also helps the children to explore wide variety of opportunities, and to learn from online courses. For instance, if schools offer wide variety of subjects, then the student have a chance to explore many subjects they want and choose right career for their future. However, this can result in student can independently choose future career.
Nevertheless, I might argue that schools should teach children’s skill because students in their early age are not mature enough to decide what they want to choose for their future career. The reason for this is that at young pupils do not think about critically at this age and distract easily. In addition to this, schools also help pupils to learn practical skills, and also give many opportunitie to experience real world issues by providing extra co-curricular activites, particulary debates, sport competitions, seminars and other activies. Ultimately, these basic activites and learning opportunities help student to better understanding of their interests.
A futher reason to support this view is that pupils can not only lead practical skill, but also learn soft skills as well. This is because in schools there are many opportunities where pupils can enhanced theire soft skills, such as communitcation, creativity, problem solving and many more. These skill help students in their latter life to become more confindent and express their feelings and emotions in a better meangful way, so others can think of their views.
In conclusion, Although a range of subjects help students to gain more knowledge and learn form other experience, but I believe that educational institutes provide better opportunities for their learners to implement practical skills. This is manily because pupils can better learn when they make a mistakes and learn form their own experience.
