Nowadays, Job is the most important factor. Individuals move their jobs several times during their career life. This trend has become increasingly common due to several social and economic reasons. In this essay, I will discuss the reasons and may I believe it has positive trend.
On the one hand, one major reason is that employees today seeking better opportunities to gain more skills and to get better life. Unlike in the past modern professionals are not satisfied to stay in the same position for decades if it is not providing promotions. For instance, remaining in the one job position, give fed up of their work and reduce the productivity. In addition, another important reason is the younger generation hope to earn high salaries with satisfaction, because nowadays cost of living has increased ever than before. They have their life goals to achieve, therefore they always try to find a new job with high salaries.
On the other hand, I believe this trend has a positive development. Doing various jobs, they can gain more skills and experience for their future careers. And another point is if they do job with higher salary and incentives that helps them to go to fulfill their life goals. For instance, with good income they can improve financial stability to be a successful person. It also benefits companies by bringing fresh ideas and innovative thinking in to the workplace. However, there are many who will oppose my view highlighting a few negative consequences of the country.
In conclusion, I personally believe many employees move to the another jobs several times during their career life, because it is a better idea for their future growth. It creates new innovative ideas and helps to develop better community.
