Migration from poor countries is often driven by various factors, causing many skilled individuals to seek opportunities abroad. While this raises concerns about national development, it also raises the numerous reasons of what is the cause of this concern, since the people interpret through their personal notions.
From my point of view, political instability of the nation is the prime concern of people migrating. In that case, civil wars and conflicts play a vital role, which the world faces today. For instance, in Myanmar, military coup and civil war increased homeless, jobless and hopeless community in addition to government corruption and other social problems. Thus, both young and old generations endevaor to start their lives in foreign countries, especially most professionals such as artists escape from the nightmare of the situation and become refugees in other nations. So, it is essential to maintain peace to provide what is necessary for the country.
However, I believe that would be temporary because most of them love their own country and they want their land to develop. According to the belief of young generations, they will come back to their country and make it developed one day even if they study or work abroad now. As an example, Singapore was just a poor town when it gained independence from Malaysia. However, Lee Kuan Yew studied abroad and transformed everything and started nation-building when he became prime minister of Singapore. Nowadays, Singapore is one of the advanced nations all over the world. Thus, we don’t need too much solution for migrating professionals. The one who comes back to the mother land and establishes developments will be the game changer of that nation.
To sum up, this kind of problem is experienced in most of poor countries because of political situation and government corruption. However, from my perspective, we don’t need to worry about that if the professionals have moral values and individual faith in the country.
