Further infamy root is the life quality, which is includea better health care system along with security, makes vital workers to seek employment in countries that offer more comprehensive system . As accordance to the recent survey conducted by the department of international relations at Oxford led by Christopher John in 2022, it was scientifically proven that 2 in 8 specialists leave their impoverished countries.

There are colossal ways and means to combat the menacing impact of brain drain but the onus is entirely on initiatives from government on raising the wages of the workers from necessary industries along with employers rewarding the diligent employees. Another unquestionable panacea is to better the health care management by making it flexible , such as free emergency calls. China , nation known for its rich culture has asserted their residents only cover one fifth of their hospital payment which was globally praised.

In reccapitulation, this cause needs attention and expendite actions such as improving circumstances together with implementing suitable payment for the essential workers, can significantly reduce the result of emigration.
