In today more and more people who work such as teacher prever lo leaving their own countries to work in other modern and richer countries. the main reason and problem is ow salary and living conditions but for this issues we have solution for example goverments should increase salary and provide betterliving conditions.
The main problem faced poor countries is low salary in specially in medecine and teachers professionals with approximatelly 500-700 dollars its really unjury especially for such work, because it is very difficult to enter these professions, especially in our time, and it feels like they are simply not appreciated. In conrtrast other countries such as USA, Europe with average salary accounted for 2000-5000 dollars that’s a very big difference. For example a friend of mine hwo leaving their country and reason was is bad salary and living conditions.
One effective solution to deal with professional leaving their own countries is increase salary and provide some comfortable opportunities. Government should also to valued this professional and give positive standart living conditions. For example, to make the work much better conditions so that people just leave the country just because of the comfort in it.
