It is fact that most individuals such as teachers, doctors and other professionals are leaving their own poorer countries to work in popular and developed countries. There seem to be two main causes, and a number of effects, which we will discuss here.

Examining the reasons the most common is that professionals take less salary in their own countries. This is reason for leaving. Due to the fact that people need much money for well-being. This is proven by a number of cases when humans are well-being if they take enough wage. A further well-known cause is that people want to live in developed countries. Due to the fact that living in developed countries is useful for humans. Because, developed countries are rich and they pay a lot of salary for workers. Moreover, living in developed countries can increase individual’s worldwide. This is main reason for leaving own poorer countries of humans.

The effect of this problem on poorer countries can be quite serious. Due to the fact that all things are depending on professionals in recent times. If people worked more their own countries would be developed. The most general effect is that decreasing developed in the countries. Moreover, countries are becoming poor. This can be especially damaging for countries and humans, whose academic performance can be affected in some cases. A further widely-observed impact is lack of countries. Finally, long-term impact of depopulation, as people more away from poverty.

In conclusion, earnings less wage and wanting to live in developed countries seem to be the main causes, and they affect both individuals and their own countries.
