A numerous reputed professionals like teachers and doctors are going to developed countries to work by leaving their own poorer countries. This picture is growing day by day. This essay will articulate the main reasons and describe the possible effects of this problem
In my opinion, the foremost cause of this tradition is for getting a better lifestyle abroad and not getting the value of their professions in their own country. In the developed countries, there are sufficient opportunities and securities provided by the government that they cannot get in their own nation. Moreover, this problem is accentuated by the growing number of people who don’t get much value that they deserve. In many aspects, uneducated pupils lead the major sectors where education is not an important issue. That’s why smart people move to another where they get enough respect and courage according to their designation.
The possible effect of this problem is the economic system of those poor countries will experience breakdown and they need to hire experts from other countries which consume a large amount of money. First of all, all sectors of a country will fall for the lack of professional advisors. Secondly, Govt need to hire experts from other countries
For building any giant structures which consumes an insufficient cost that are unbearable for any poor country. This is a reason that undeveloped countries remain on the same status and cannot be developed like other countries of the world. For example, many countries are dependent on Chinese engineers for any significant construction. On the other hand, most of the countries follow Japan for their splendid technologies.
To sum up, the problem of leaving countries is mainly happening because of the insecurities of life and not getting adequate importance from society. Which greatly causes a loss of productivity in their own country and results in the down economic system.
