In todays scenario, the increase meant in the number of professional like teachers and doctors moving out of their countries is at alarming rate. There are numerous reasons for this trend. One of them is for better job opportunities. The consequence of this trend in the country could be its low economic growth.
Teachers and doctors are leaving their poorer countries in order to secure better job opportunities. Moreover, there is high chance of getting employment in accordance to their respective level. Similarly, they get their deserving wages in developed countries rather than in their poorer countries. Further, the working environment hinders individual’s intellectual in poorer countries.
There are lots of consequences of professionals leaving their countries. Among which, the low economy of the country is one of them. Additionally, all sectors of a country will experience the lack of professional advisors, which results in hiring experts from other countries leading to consumption of insufficient cost that are unbearable for any poor country.
