A developed country mostly have a great profession opportunity and salary. That’s why most people from a high-income countries stays in there native land.
In a developing country like Mongolia engineering jobs are most liked, and we’ll reserved. The reason is there low pay, and a poor development. That’s why almost all people seek out for a better opportunity and in most cases it’s means moving to a new country. This can cause a huge problem to country’s development . Here are the solutions. Many workers leave due to low pay and bad working conditions. By increasing salaries and improving work environments, governments can make people stay more easily. Also partnership with country’s can be very effective . Collaborating with international organizations exchange, training, programs allows professionals to gain experience without any problems. Lastly for the people who are already in a foreign job, we at least need to deport them once a year to use them in a governmental project.
