In many countries children are involve in various types of employment. Some would say that it is completely wrong. Other, However, arguee that it is fine as it repairs them for the work force . This essay agrees with the later point becouse working at the young age can inhence a person character.

It is often arguee, working before the age of eighteen is wrong it impacts the education of a child. At this age children face alots of pressure to perform acadmically, and a job will force them to reduce the time of their study this impact their grade and performance. For example, a UK children’s charity found that children who worked part time were less likely to achieve higher grades then those who did not work.

Getting a part time job contribute towards the children’s character developments. It teaches them the value of hard work and expose them to the real world where they learn things that is benefical for them and that they would never learn in the class room this can also tought them the value of hard work, dicipline, time management and money management. By this they became more responsible and able to tackle any situatation in their upcoming life. For instance a teenager working in restrurent for few hours at weekend can learn how to interact with general public this can also teach them them value of money without affecting their studies.

In conclusion, despite fears that learners will neglect their study if they are required to work. This eassy thinks that a little work work experience at a young age can built character. It actually helps pupils achieve their educational goals in a better way.
